2025 Hot Sauce

All of our peppers were harvested during the fall of 2025 (September - October) and batch fermented until December when they were bottled.

CJ’s Scotch Bonnet sauce is a spicy sauce comprised of Scotch Bonnet chiles, Mustard Seeds (brown, black, yellow), Onion and Garlic. This fermented mixture is blended with Apple Cider vinegar and Honey sourced locally to make a spicy Honey Mustard style hot sauce.

George’s Cayenne sauce is a somewhat traditional blend of sweet and spicy red chiles. The heat comes mostly from Cayenne pepper combined with sweet and semi-sweet varietals, Onion and Garlic. This is mixed with Apple Cider vinegar and Honey.

Jimmy’s Aji Limon is a unique sauce simply containing Aji Limon peppers and Garlic. The Aji Limon has a slight citrus taste, making this a great sauce for tacos with chicken or fish! It’s blended with Apple Cider vinegar and Honey to balance the heat with some sweetness.


2024 Hot Sauce

All of our sauces are fermented for a minimum of 3 weeks in a 3% salt brine with onions, garlic and a touch of molasses to aid in fermentation. Check out our offerings below - look up the batch number on your bottle for detailed information.

Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Cayenne Pepper Sauce (2024)

Our red sauce is a blend of Cayenne pepper varietals, along with other sweet peppers to balance the heat level and flavor. This sauce is a great all purpose hot sauce.

Peppers in this blend: Golden, Joe's Long, Las Cruces, Orange, Thunder Mountain Cayennes. Anaheim, Jimmy Nardello, Thai Red, Shishito, Dragon peppers.

Scotch Bonnet Sauce

Our yellow sauce is a blend of Scotch Bonnet varietals yielding a fiery sauce perfect for adding a touch of Caribbean heat to any dish!

Peppers in this blend: Jamaican, Orange, Renaissance Farms, Yellow Scotch Bonnets.
